Dashboard overview
What the dashboard holds, and how workspaces organise it.
A single report answers a question about one page at one moment. The dashboard is for the rest: which pages you care about, what they scored last week, whether the site has pages you have never looked at, and whether any of it is up.

Everything belongs to a workspace
A workspace holds its own tracked pages, its own history, its own crawls and its own members. If you look after one site, you will use one workspace and never think about it again. If you look after clients, each one gets their own, and people can be given access to a single workspace without seeing the others. See Workspaces.
Reports themselves are not workspace-scoped, because a report belongs to a URL rather than to an account. What is scoped is your history of it: which of your workspaces ran it and when. Two workspaces analysing the same page each keep their own record of having done so.
What your plan allows
Most of the dashboard is plan-gated. The comparison is on Plans and limits; the short version is that history and PDF export start at Basic, and crawling, scheduling, uptime, the API and team seats start at Pro.
Your usage against those allowances is shown on the billing page, and over the API at GET /account/usage. Allowances reset on the first of the month rather than on your billing date, so a mid-month upgrade gives you the new allowance immediately.
