History and comparisons
Every analysis kept, and what changed between two of them.
Every analysis you run is kept. History is where you answer the question a single report cannot: did that change help?
The list
Everything the workspace has analysed, newest first, with its score and grade at the time. It filters by host, so a workspace holding several sites can be narrowed to one of them.
History is kept from the Basic plan upward. On the Free plan a report still lives at its own URL and can be bookmarked, but it is not collected into a timeline you can filter and compare.
Comparing two runs
Pick two analyses of the same URL and the comparison shows what actually moved. Not the score difference, which you can already see, but the findings: which checks started passing, which started failing, and which measurements changed and by how much.

Reading a drop
When a score falls, the comparison usually names the cause outright. The ones that catch people are the changes that were not yours.

| Vitals worse, nothing else changed | Field data moving as the 28 day window rolls, or a third-party script that got heavier. Check whether the reading is field or lab before chasing it. |
| A new critical finding on an untouched page | Something site-wide: a certificate, a header, a robots.txt edit, or a deploy that changed a shared template. |
| Content findings appear on a page nobody edited | A CMS or plugin update rewriting markup, or content that used to be server-rendered now arriving via JavaScript. |
| Score moved by one or two points | Noise at the edge of a threshold. A title one pixel over the limit crosses back and forth. Not worth acting on by itself. |
How long it is kept
History is kept for as long as the workspace exists. It is not trimmed to a rolling window, so a page you have tracked for two years still has its first analysis. Deleting a workspace deletes its history with it.
