Billing

Cycles, upgrades, cancellation and payment details.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and can be changed or cancelled from the billing page at any time.

The billing page: the details that go on your invoices, with plan and usage one tab away.

Monthly and yearly

Yearly is charged once for twelve months and works out at two months free: Agency is $99 a month or $948 a year. The plan and its allowances are identical either way, and allowances still reset monthly on a yearly subscription.

Upgrading and downgrading

ChangeWhen it appliesWhat you pay
UpgradeImmediately. The new allowances are available at once. The difference for the remainder of the period, prorated.
DowngradeAt the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for.The lower price from the next renewal.
Monthly to yearlyImmediately. The yearly price, less credit for the unused part of the month.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the renewal. It does not end the plan you have paid for: you keep everything until the end of the period you are in, and the billing page says the date. Nothing is deleted at that point either. The account drops to Free, so history and tracked pages are retained and simply become read-only until you subscribe again.

A cancellation can be resumed before the period ends, which puts everything back as it was with no gap and no new subscription.

Billing details

The name, address and country on the billing page go on your invoices, so they should be the entity that is paying rather than the person clicking. Country matters beyond the address: it decides how the invoice is taxed, so getting it wrong means a reissue rather than an edit.

If you are an Indian business with a GSTIN, enter it. It appears on the invoice, which is what lets you claim input credit. It does not change what you are charged.

Invoices

Every payment produces an invoice, available as a PDF from the billing page as soon as the payment succeeds. They are kept for the life of the account, including after a cancellation, because you will need them after you have stopped paying us.

Billing details are copied onto an invoice when it is issued rather than read live, so an invoice from March keeps the address you had in March. Changing your details now affects future invoices. If an issued one is wrong, get in touch rather than working around it.

A failed payment

A failed renewal is retried over several days, and you are emailed each time. The plan stays active throughout, because losing access to your monitoring because a card expired would be exactly the wrong outcome. Update the card from the billing page and the retry succeeds.
