GDPR statement

1. Our role

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the GDPR (or UK GDPR) applies to how WebRankPage handles personal data. InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd., registered in India, is the responsible legal entity and the controller of your account and billing data. See the Privacy Policy.

2. Lawful bases for processing

For your account data, we rely on:

• Contract performance - to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest - security, fraud prevention, and product improvement, balanced against your rights.
• Consent - for optional analytics cookies on the marketing site.
• Legal obligation - tax and invoicing records.

3. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing. To exercise a right, email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

One limit worth stating plainly: invoices we have issued cannot be erased on request, because Indian tax law requires us to retain them. Everything else goes.

4. Your site visitors

WebRankPage collects no data about the people who visit the sites you analyse, so there are no data subjects here for us to serve and no rights for us to assist with. Using WebRankPage does not add a processor to your own record of processing activities in respect of your visitors.

A public page may itself contain personal data its publisher chose to publish, for example an author's name on an article. Where a stored analysis contains such content and a data subject asks for its removal, write to [email protected] and we will remove the stored analysis of that page.

5. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in India and other countries where our providers operate, including the United States. For transfers of EEA, UK, or Swiss personal data to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) as appropriate safeguards. 6. Sub-processors

We engage service providers under written terms no less protective than our own obligations, and remain responsible for their performance. The current list is in the DPA, and we give notice of changes so you can object on reasonable grounds.

7. Automated decision-making

WebRankPage scores pages automatically: an analysis produces a grade and a list of findings without a human involved. That assessment is about a web page, not about a person, and it produces no legal or similarly significant effect on any individual. There is therefore no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, and we do not profile you.

We do not use AI models to generate the analysis, and no data of yours is sent to an AI provider.

8. Breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals' rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform affected users where the risk is high.
