Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, analysing a page, or otherwise using WebRankPage, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use WebRankPage on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use WebRankPage.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. The service

WebRankPage is an on-page SEO analysis tool: you give us the address of a page and we fetch it, read it the way a search engine does, and report what is worth changing. We also crawl whole sites, watch pages over time, monitor uptime, and provide the same analysis through an API. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time; we will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect you.

Our reports set out what your page sends, how that compares to current search engine behaviour, and which changes we would prioritise. Search rankings are determined by third-party search engines using criteria outside our control, and no ranking outcome is warranted. Our recommendations are advisory, and you remain responsible for deciding which to implement.

4. Analysing and crawling

When you submit a URL we fetch that page from your server, as any visitor or search engine would. A site crawl follows links from a starting page to fetch further pages on the same site, up to the limit of your plan. We identify ourselves in the request and we fetch pages politely, with a delay between requests, so a crawl does not behave like an attack on the site it is reading.

We fetch only what is publicly reachable. We do not sign in to pages, submit forms, or attempt to reach anything behind authentication.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• WebRankPage offers a free tier and paid plans, billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, PayPal. Where applicable, we issue tax-compliant invoices (including GST invoices in India).
• Upgrades are charged the prorated difference; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. Plan limits and quotas

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of analyses, a number of workspaces and team seats, a cap on crawl size and frequency, a number of API keys, and a limit on API calls. These limits are enforced on our servers.

Allowances are per account, not per workspace, unless the pricing page says otherwise for a particular limit.

7. Intellectual property

WebRankPage, including the dashboard, the analysis engine, our scoring methodology, and our trademarks, is owned by InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by law. These terms grant you a licence to use the service, not ownership of it. How we score a page, and the criteria behind it, are confidential and are not published.

Your content - the URLs you submit, your workspace names, labels, notes, schedules, and branding - remains yours. You grant us a licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. Reports you generate are yours to use, export, and share. Note that a report about a public page is derived from that page, which is not ours or yours; it is the analysis that we provide.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WebRankPage to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
• Crawl or repeatedly analyse a site you do not own and are not authorised to analyse, or use the service to place deliberate load on any site.
• Attempt to reach content behind authentication, or any page you are not entitled to access.
• Interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the security or plan limits of the service, including by creating multiple accounts to evade a quota.
• Resell the service, or present our analysis as your own product, except under the white-label branding your plan provides.
• Harvest personal data from the pages you analyse.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. The sites you analyse

WebRankPage reads pages that are already public. We do not collect data about the visitors to those sites, we do not place any script on them, and nothing we do is visible to the people who use them. A page may nevertheless contain personal data its publisher chose to put there, an author's name on an article, a person's details on a contact page, and that content is stored in the report as part of the page's HTML.

You are responsible for having the right to submit the URLs you submit. If you ask us to remove a report for a page, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.

10. Workspaces and teams

Depending on your plan you may create workspaces and invite teammates with roles. The account owner is responsible for the account and its billing, and for managing team access appropriately. Removing a member or letting a plan lapse can reduce the number of seats available, and members beyond the new limit lose access to the workspace while their account remains.

11. The API

Paid plans include API access. An API key carries the permissions of the workspace it belongs to, so treat it as a credential: anyone holding it can spend your allowance. Keys are shown once when created and stored hashed, so we cannot recover one for you; revoke it and make another. API calls count against your plan's call limit and the analyses they run count against your analysis allowance.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to records we must keep by law.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that an analysis will be complete or correct for your particular case, or that following our recommendations will improve your search rankings. Search engines change their behaviour without notice and we have no control over them.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or search rankings, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

16. Miscellaneous

• These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the DPA are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or a notice on WebRankPage before they take effect. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
